Government's nuclear consultations deceitful

The court ruling that the Government's pre-decision consultation on nuclear power was "seriously flawed" and "procedurally unfair", the Shadow Trade and Industry Secretary said: "This is an astonishing ruling. What it really says is that the Government has been shown up as fundamentally deceitful."
