In an effort to try and prop up Labour's dwindling vote in Wales, the Welsh Assembly is dropping the £low Prescription charge from April 1st, just in time for the May elections.
Who pays? the rest of the UK who fund this ridiculous assembly.
It will cost the rest of the UK £30 million to subsidise the Labour Party in Wales
